Double Vases

These double vases are made of glass and have a nice weight to them.The outside dimensions are 6 inches high by 6 inches wide.

The Inner vase is a 3 inch opening.  The vases are attached together and both the inside and outside vase holds water. The idea of this vase is for you to create simple, easy and creative centerpieces in hardly any time. These are perfect for the person who likes to change their centerpiece for each holiday and season. 
 
A few of Sharon’s ideas for quick and easy centerpieces.

SPRING

1.  Fill outside vase with colorful jelly beans and the inside with fresh or everlasting tulips or daffodils.
2.  Fill outside vase with miniature  Easter eggs and inside with fresh or artifical daisies
3  Fill outside vase with easter grass and inside with pussy willow

SUMMER

1. 1. Fill the outside with riverrocks and the inside vase with Blackeyed Susans and Queen Anne's Lace.
2. Fill the outside with seashells and the inside with any pale peach fresh flowers.

FALL

1. Fill the outside with Candy Corn and fill the inside with colorful fall mums.
2. Fill the outside with acorns and the inside with autumn leaves.

WINTER

1. Outside: peppermint candy. Inside: fresh evergreens and red carnations.
2. Outisde: artificial snow. Inside: white alstroemeria and fresh evergreens
3. Outside: small pine cones. Inside: fresh green holly

Candlestick Arrangement and Bowl for Christmas and Winter

Supplies needed:

• Candlestick 5 to 6 inches high
• candle
• candle stake
• O’dapter holder with fresh foam
• various Christmas greens, holly and fresh flowers

Various Christmas greens, ribbon, flowers if desired. We like babies breathe, heather, snowball poms, mini carnations,holly, Star of Bethlehems. We also like to use things still lingering in the garden, thyme, sage, horehound, lavender and etc.

Instructions:

• Place the foam that is in the O’dapter holder in warm water and soak for 20 minutes.
• Put the foam in the holder.
• Sit the O’dapter holder in the candlestick where the candle would normally sit.
• In order to use a candle put the candle stake in the middle of the top of the holder and place your candle in the stake.

Now you are ready to design your arrangement. Cut the stems of greens around 5 to 6 inches long and clean the ends of the stems of material. Arrange stems of greens around the base of the arrangement. Next go around the candle with shorter stems (no longer than 3 inches). Finish filling in the space between the two with varying lengths from short to long. Now finish the arrangement with any flowers, holly or ribbon or holiday decorations you may like to use.

Rose Bowl:

You can make this peppermint Christmas arrangement with a 5-inch rose bowl, peppermint candy to fill the rose bowl and an O’dapter holder. Arrange the same way as the candlestick arrangement, only make your greens longer, and the arrangement can go higher as there is no candle.
